We’re looking for an outgoing task-master who will help us bring communities together to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Team Days**: Organize and facilitate engaging Team Days for corporate groups, ensuring an exceptional experience that inspires ongoing support.
- **Plan and Support Events**: Coordinate Habitat-hosted events and assist with third-party fundraising events to expand our community reach.
- **Be Social Media Savvy**: Leverage social media platforms to engage potential sponsors and promote fundraising initiatives.
- **Achieve Sales Goals**: Meet and exceed fundraising targets through proactive relationship-building and innovative fundraising strategies.
- **Sell, Solicit and Secure Corporate Sponsorships**: Cultivate and secure corporate sponsorships up to $10,000, creating meaningful partnerships that support Habitat’s mission.
**About You**:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an fundraising, sales, and/or event coordination role.
- Experience developing engaging content for social media that drives results.
- Experience with SEO/SEM is an asset.
- Ability to build strong relationships and build connections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work within tight deadlines and coordinate information from a variety of sources
- Consistently demonstrates confidential, professional behaviour
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
