Perfectly Designed Events is a full-service Wedding & Event Planning company based in London, Ontario.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Operations & Event Assistant. This is a casual position with fluctuating hours, based on where we are at in our event schedule. Our busiest months are March-October, with November-February being our slowest months.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves weddings and logistics, and wants to play a key role in helping a fast-paced creative business run smoothly.

You will be the right hand to the Owner & Lead Planner, helping with day-to-day operations, team management, and event execution. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the season but will include a combination of in-office support, administrative tasks, team coordination, and on-site event assistance.

**Role Overview**:

- Minimum **1 in-office day per week** required (Byron area)
- Additional **in-office or work-from-home hours** required depending on the season
- Includes **select weekends** for on-site wedding and event support

**What You'll Do**:

- Help keep internal systems and workflows organized and up to date
- Support with project timelines, meeting prep, and client communications
- Attend weddings and events as needed to help support the Event Day team
- Manage small office logistics and assist with back-end vendor and client coordination
- Occasionally assist with social media scheduling, spreadsheets, or design work

This position is perfect for you if:

- You are comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- You are punctual, proactive, excited to learn, and unafraid to ask questions
- You have weekday availability, and weekend availability during peak wedding season (May - October)
- You have access to a reliable vehicle and are open to traveling for event days (we operate through all of Southwestern Ontario)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
