A&B Event & Tent Rental is currently seeking a full time, energetic Event Rental Sales Coordinator for our busy event rental showroom in London, Ontario.

A&B Event & Tent Rental has been servicing the London community since 1969. We are a family owned and operated business that specializes in event rentals, including tents, tables, linens, chairs and dishes.

What began as a small party rental business has grown into a large-scale event rental supplier with a 20,000 square foot inventory warehouse, a fleet of bright pink delivery trucks and a staff of over 20 during the busy summer months.

We strive to provide the latest and most innovative products in the rental/event industry, all while delivering superior customer service and personal care to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Exhibit professional phone manner, excellent listening skills and exceptional product knowledge (product specifications, price, details)
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage loyalty
- Process rental orders accurately and update order changes promptly
- Quickly identify customer rental needs and direct them to the appropriate rental and décor products
- Facilitate payments, close rental contracts, sell retail items in showroom
- Maintain a tidy showroom
- Complete store opening and closing procedures, including end of day balancing of transactions and payments
- Liaise effectively with different departments to ensure rental orders are prepared accurately for delivery or pick-up
- Light warehouse work will be required from time to time to check accuracy of orders, or ‘count in’ returned orders

**Key Requirements**
- Must be available to work 9 am - 2 pm on Saturdays and weekdays 9 am - 5 pm with Sundays and one weekday off
- High school diploma
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional phone manner and a thorough understanding of service excellence
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Energetic, enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills
- In good physical condition with the ability to lift moderately heavy rental items

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
