À titre de Consultant (e) en assainissement, vous contribuez aux activités liées au développement des affaires selon les standards de qualité

Rémunération: sur commissions, 3 premiers mois: sur base annuelle fixe de 52 000$, ensuite à commission. Toutes commissions excédant la base salariale durant les 3 premiers mois sont payées en plus du salaire, mais non remboursables par l'employé(e) si moins élevées durant les 3 premiers mois.

Description des tâches spécifiques:

- Solliciter directement des prospects par des appels à froid;
- Assister et participer aux réunions et aux sessions de formation offertes par Jan-Pro ;
- Établir les propositions de prix selon les critères fixés par Jan-Pro;
- Préparer et livrer les accords de prix selon les délais établis par Jan-Pro;
- Compléter et conclure les contrats de vente et obtenir les signatures autorisées.
- Créer la relation d'affaires entre les clients et le propriétaire certifié
- accompagné par le personnel opérationnel si nécessaire;
- Assister et suivre le démarrage avec les nouveaux clients;
- Faire les démarches nécessaires pour le renouvellement et les ajustements des contrats annuels lorsque cela est nécessaire;
- Répondre aux appels du service à la clientèle lorsque requis;
- Produire tous les rapports ou autres documents nécessaires au suivi et à la réalisation des objectifs de vente de Jan-Pro;
- Présenter un rapport complet sur l'initiative, afin de déterminer les facteurs influençant positivement les résultats obtenus pendant la période de suivi;
- Collaborer et accomplir toutes les autres tâches connexes requises par votre superviseur.
