Phoenix Restorations is looking to hire a motivated, problem-solving Administrative Assistant to work out of our Coquitlam location.
This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to our General Manager and Operations Manager. The tasks will be a mix of administrative and non-administrative duties, requiring someone who can take initiative and handle challenges as they arise.
You must be a go-getter with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy. The ability to problem-solve quickly and independently is essential, as is having intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office. You’re someone who pays attention to details, communicates effectively, and takes pride in getting things done right the first time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Data entry
- Reception coverage
- Assisting with organizing company events
- Scanning, photocopying documents
- Running errands with a company-provided car
- Supporting the General Manager and Operations Manager
- Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Must be a go-getter with strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Ability to complete tasks with high accuracy
- Excellent communication skills

**Compensation**: Salary of $50,000+ based on experience. Sick/Personal Day allowances and Extended Benefits Available.
