**Job Title**: Program Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist head coaches with administrative tasks, including assisting organizing some special events and managing schedules.
- Solve problems proactively to ensure smooth program operations.
- Manage EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions as needed.
- Maintain and communicate schedules and deadlines effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer programs.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

We offer a wide range of programs, including instructional gymnastics, women’s competitive artistic gymnastics, competitive trampoline gymnastics, and intervention programs for children with neurodiverse needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Familiarity with gymnastics or other competitive sports programs.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

**Benefits**:
