**Inside Sales/ Customer Service Rep**
- Work closely with Quality Assurance Team by communicating and processing complaint forms, forwarding them to necessary teams for investigation and resolution, and running weekly, and monthly complaint reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries, research, and rectify customer concerns and issues. This refers to tracking deliveries and investigating any order issues. Also, mis-picked or short orders. Reship product to replace any missing product.
- Responsible for contacting customers on a daily/weekly basis to secure orders and increase sales for **Food Service Accounts both Domestic and National**:
- Verify customer orders for correct information and check it against previous information, as necessary.
- Recommendations of additional products to meet customers’ needs.
- Check with production for the availability of products.
- Receive and respond to customer complaints.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to increase customer sales.
- Maintain up-to-date customer calling lists and Product Lists, as necessary.
- Entering Sales orders in Quickbooks for current customers as needed.
- Preparing Invoices/ Statements for Current customers as needed.
- Ensuring Customers pay on time and follow company guidelines for customers who fall behind their payment terms.
- Coordinating with Packaging and Shipping departments ensuring customer orders are prepared and picked up/ delivered on time.
- Conform to company policies and procedures.
- Designing schedules for drivers in the most cost-efficient manner.
- Handling documentation of out-of-town orders by preparing BOL’s Packing Slips, Certificate of Origin document etc.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 2+ years of inbound sales experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Extremely organized, aggressive, disciplined & resourceful
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
- Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Ability to work independently and maintain excellent attendance for success in this role
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and driven in a fast-paced environment
**Preference**:
- Call center, customer service, or collection agent experience is an asset
- G license is an asset
**Range**:
$15.5 to $ 18 depending on experience and knowledge
**Benefits**:
Extended health care after probation period of 3 months
