- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills in technology sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on sales activities for senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar role, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales goals.
- Experience in telemarketing and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on market insights.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to enhance productivity.
- A proactive approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $80,000.00-$96,001.85 per year
