**We are currently seeking a Tire Sales & Customer Service Specialist.**
**Position Overview**:
The Tire Sales & Customer Service Specialist is a multidimensional role with growth potential. Given the nature of our business, this role has flexibility to split up the Sales components into different periods. The incumbent in this role is responsible for a variety of duties which include; generating new sales through effective communication with existing and prospective clients; preparing accurate estimates, repair orders, and invoices for vehicle repair/maintenance services; tracking and reporting on the progress of repair/maintenance jobs; assisting Shop Manager.
**Requirements**:.
- Inside Tire Sales -assist with answering calls pertaining to tire and wheel inquiries.
- Inside Retail Sales - source new sales opportunities by following up with prospective clients and existing clients on previously identified repair and maintenance work; communicate effectively with key client resources to ensure their awareness of our range of service offerings.
- Customer Service - ensure that all customers are greeted and welcomed to our shop, offering assistance and information when/if required. Provide prospective customers with information and marketing materials. Handle any customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Pricing/Quotations - responsible for handling customer requests, providing competitive quotes on work, negotiating and writing up invoices.
- Invoicing - responsible for ensuring that all invoicing is accounted for and appropriate monies have been collected/processed.
- Support Shop Manager as required.
**Additional Skills**:
- Some previous Inside Sales experience required -Industry Related experience an asset.
- Tire & Wheel experience required
- Customer service/experience providing exceptional customer service, invoicing, and scheduling.
- Effective time-management skills & strong work ethic, initiative to follow-through.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to earn credibility and build strong relationships that will serve as an enabler in maintaining a profitable business operation.

- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license.
**Education**:
- Graduated from High School.
- Post-Secondary Education an asset.
