**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems. Ensure the office environment is clean and operational.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate service and installation appointments. Scheduling and adjusting appointments as needed.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized records and files in both physical and digital formats.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests as necessary. Handle inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate person.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or management systems. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as requested.
- **Project Support**: Assist with various projects by providing administrative support, coordinating activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective workflow and timely task completion.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Jobber, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (computers and printers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
- Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based environment.
- Part-time position with standard working hours (may vary based on the business needs).

**Compensation**: $18-24$ hourly

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
