I’m Kylie, a dedicated financial planner who works one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. As my practice continues to grow, I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, flexible, and dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real difference.

**Job Summary**

As my Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of my financial planning practice. From helping organize client files to scheduling appointments, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring my clients receive the best possible service. This position does require you to come to the office, however some work from home will be possible after initial training period.This is a part-time position with the potential to grow in hours and responsibilities as we develop our workflow together.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Scheduling**: Manage my calendar, set appointments, and coordinate follow-ups with clients.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain client files and financial documents securely and efficiently.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately update client information and records.
- **Office Support**: Help ensure the work environment is organized and supplies are stocked.

**What I’m Looking For**

**Experience**: Previous administrative experience (preferably in financial services) is a bonus but not required.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Attributes**:

- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges as the role grows.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
