**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Assist the Executive Director and team with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Prepare and distribute staff meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents as needed

**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage calendars for the Executive Director and other staff members
- Manage scheduling and bookings for the Iinii’toyis Cultural Center
- Assist in organizing board meetings, and other events

**Communication**:

- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all duties assigned

**Operational Support**:

- Assist with procurement processes, including creating purchase requisitions and tracking orders
- Help with the preparation and submission of grant reports and compliance documents
- Support the maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Other duties as assigned based on organizational needs by Executive Director

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 years previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A thorough appreciation, awareness, and understanding of Indigenous history and culture, with experience working with diverse populations
- **Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Record Check if required**

Pay: $16.68-$27.42 per hour

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 4 years (preferred)
