**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the department's management team in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the team in projects
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, convocations, reservations, preparation of all elements required for meetings (rooms, office supplies, meals, etc.), for meetings at the office as well as those outside the office
- Keep contact lists and calendars up to date, with Outlook, for multiple team members
- Organize and coordinate travel schedules, reservations, and complete expense reports
- Keep the various databases, reports and models up to date
- Be and stay up to date with software and technologies used in the industry and in the company
- Organize and attend certain conference calls
- Make prints and copies, and ensure distribution
- Assist managers in planning and organizing activities.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of experience required
- Work on premises
- Great resourcefulness and ability to complete tasks quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English (VERY important) and in French
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Very good ability to work in a team, with different people and in different groups
