**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) junior motivé(e) et organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe, y compris les managers, le contrôleur, la paie et les propriétaires. Le poste exige de passer environ 20% du temps à soutenir les fonctions RH pour l'une de nos branches d'activité, le reste du temps étant consacré à aider les autres membres de l'équipe, à gérer les systèmes de classement, à organiser les documents, à structurer les comités appropriés et à s'assurer que toutes les tâches administratives sont à jour.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Fournir un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires, au contrôleur, au service de la paie et aux propriétaires.
- Participer aux tâches liées aux ressources humaines, y compris l'intégration des employés, la tenue des dossiers du personnel et d'autres activités liées aux ressources humaines.
- Gérer et organiser les systèmes de classement, tant numériques que physiques, en veillant à ce que tous les documents soient à jour et facilement accessibles.
- Coordonner et faciliter la communication entre les membres de l'équipe et les départements.
- Identifier de manière proactive les possibilités de rationaliser les processus administratifs et d'améliorer l'efficacité.
- Contribuer à la maintenance des fournitures de bureau et assurer la coordination avec les fournisseurs, le cas échéant.
- Soutenir des projets spéciaux et effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Une bonne connaissance des règles en matière de ressources humaines est un atout.
- Une attitude proactive et une volonté d'apprendre et de relever de nouveaux défis.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the entire team, including managers, the controller, payroll, and owners. The position requires spending approximately 20% of the time supporting HR functions for one of our business branches, with the remaining time dedicated to assisting other team members, managing filing systems, organizing documents, contructing the appropriate committees and ensuring that all administrative tasks are up to date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to managers, the controller, payroll, and owners.
- Assist with HR tasks, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and other HR-related activities.
- Manage and organize filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring that all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members and departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Help maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a vehicle in order to visit another business in Pointe-Claire.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HR rules is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

This position is ideal for someone fresh out of school and looking to develop a versatile skill set with potenial to remain in the company for an extended time.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
