As we expand and evolve, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and people-first environment. This isn’t your average admin gig—you’ll be a right-hand partner to leadership, helping drive our operational efficiency, digital presence, and brand momentum.
**What You’ll Do**
- Keep all public-facing content sharp and accurate—think menus, hours, promotions, and announcements across platforms.
- Manage updates and consistency for all menu formats—from in-store to online ordering to catering packages.
- Support the catering operation through timely communication, calendar management, and back-end system organization (CaterZen).
- Assist in maintaining our inventory platform with clean data, updated pricing, and streamlined vendor coordination.
- Help recruit and retain amazing talent by managing job postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Make quick, clean edits to our menus and marketing materials using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Keep our website looking fresh and functional by updating content, events, and blog posts through Squarespace.
- Keep an eye on the local scene—menus, promotions, and reviews—to offer insights that fuel our competitive edge.
- Conduct research that helps leadership stay ahead of food trends, tools, and growth opportunities.
**You Might Be a Great Fit If You**:
- Have experience supporting a small business or dynamic team (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with strong follow-through
- Have a basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Photoshop, Squarespace, or are quick to learn new tools
- Communicate with clarity and warmth, whether with staff, vendors, or customers
- Love wearing multiple hats and take pride in staying ahead of the little things before they become big things
