**Overview**
G-Force Cable, a leading provider of telecommunications and cable services, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team in Aiken, SC. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with service inquiries, technical issues, billing, and more. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for reliable and high-quality service.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a positive interaction with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure customer information is up-to-date.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

**Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $18.35-$19.12 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
