The Guest Service Agent is the first person our guests come in contact with so it is important for our agents to be pleasant and professional when welcoming guests on arrival. The hotel industry is a fun and exciting place where you have many opportunities for growth and management.

Some of the tasks expected are as follows:
Greeting guests, take, cancel and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, balance cash and cash reports and related forms, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, follow emergency and safety procedures, clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), assist clients/guests with special needs, handle wake-up calls, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide customer service, answer telephone and relay telephone calls. Experience is an asset. This job will turn into a full time position.**Bilingual a must (French & English)**

**Salary**: Starting at $16.00 per hour.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
