We are seeking to fill the permanent position – customer service at our Moncton branch, a division of Richelieu Hardware.

We are looking to fill a permanent position of
Customer Service Agent
at our Moncton Branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd who will contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers.

More specifically, your main tasks will consist of:

  • Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone.
  • Promote Richelieu's products and services.
  • Enter and process orders.
  • Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability and delivery status.
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative to the branch supervisor as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service.
  • An aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge.
  • An ability to perform in a fast pace environment.
  • A background in the woodworking industry would be helpful but not necessary.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
