The Guest Service agent is the first person our guests come in contact with so it is important for our staff to be pleasant, professional individuals who will provide a great welcome to our guests on arrival.

Some of the tasks are as follows;
Greeting guests, take, cancel and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, balance cash and cash reports and related forms, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, follow emergency and safety procedures, clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), assist clients/guests with special needs, handle wake-up calls, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide customer service, answer telephone and relay telephone calls. Experience is an asset. **Bilingual a must (French & English)**
