We are looking to fill a permanent position of **Customer Service Agent** at our Moncton Branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd who will contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers.
**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:
- Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone.
- Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries.
- Ensure follow up on orders, if required;
- Provide support to mobile device users.
- Enter and process orders.
- Participate in training sessions on new products;
- Promote Richelieu’s products and services.
- Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability and delivery status.
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the branch as required
- Any other related task.
**Requirements**:
- Enjoy contact with people and have a professional attitude.
- A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service.
- An aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge.
- An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in the woodworking industry would be helpful but not necessary.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
