**Landscape Service Account Manager - Commercial B2B**

As a Landscape Service Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and our business clients. You will work closely with the landscape maintenance operations manager to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for additional services and enhancements in commercial landscaping projects. This role offers a competitive base salary plus a commission structure, providing excellent earning potential for high performers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of horticulture and commercial landscaping to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
- Collaborate with the landscape maintenance operations manager to ensure high-quality service delivery for business properties
- Create and implement work plans for assigned commercial properties in coordination with the operations manager
- Liaise between business clients and the maintenance operations team to ensure efficient service execution
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and meet with property managers of commercial establishments
- Identify and sell enhancement opportunities to existing business clients, utilizing your industry expertise
- Prepare and submit detailed property visit reports for commercial landscaping projects
- Monitor and manage property budgets, profit and loss statements, and overall efficiency for business accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful completion of enhancement work for commercial properties

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales and account management experience in the commercial landscape industry
- Proven track record of success in selling and managing commercial landscaping contracts
- Strong understanding of horticulture, plant science, and commercial landscaping best practices
- In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape design, and hardscape installation for business properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience using LMN (Landscape Management Network) software

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Speaks English fluently and resides in the Lower Mainland area
- RLT, CLT, KPU Diploma, or other relevant industry certifications
- Experience with sustainable landscaping practices for commercial properties

**Compensation and Benefits**

Pay: $75,000.00-$87,277.91 per year
