**About the Role**

The Account Manager is responsible for sales and relationship management of ClearDent’s existing customers within the territory. As part of the Sales team, this role is responsible for achieving annual sales targets for ClearDent’s product stack of value-add solutions.

The Account Manager will collaborate with the Territory’s Outbound Account Executive during promotional events. This role visits dental practices in the territory for maintaining customer relationship and perform sales-related duties such as product demonstrations and account reviews.

**Responsibilities**

Revenue Generation

Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business by:
Accountable for all post-acquisition sales activities, such as upgrades, additional licenses, new subscriptions, and introduction of new products.Customer relation and life cycle
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by:

- Intimately engage with customers by conducting frequent check-ins over the phone or in person.
- Maintain the book of business and revenue growth by proactively managing churn.

Administration
Manage a clean and organized pipeline of business opportunities by:

- Other duties as may be required and assigned by the Manager

**What You Bring**
- Minimum one year of B2B software sales experience
- Dental industry experience is an asset
- Comfortable with technology such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Speaking and presenting to group in professional events is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity and management Post Secondary diploma or higher preferred

**Work Environment**
- Hybrid work with majority of work days in office except when doing onsite customer visits.
- Working outside of regular business hours may be required (evenings and weekends) on occasion
- A valid driver's license and access to a car is required
