- Grow and manage the testing and maintenance operations throughout the Lower Mainland
- Enhance your current portfolio client base with service work
- Ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Tasks include but not limited to:
a) Quoting
b) Scheduling – in cooperation with the company's needs
c) Producing reports for your individual clients
d) Service requests from your portfolio
e) Provide invoicing support for clients in your portfolio
f) Provide bad debt reconciliation support from your portfolio – if required
- Enhance and expand products we service to current client base
- Seek new clients to enhance / expand your current portfolio
- Develop sales strategies to grow the market through marketing and networking initiatives
- Support co-workers with scheduling and managing labour with service work
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Liaise with department supervisors and lead hands
- Attend bi-monthly meetings with the Burnaby Branch Manager to assess upcoming work.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Ability to work as a positive team member.
- Ability to prioritize workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
