We are currently looking for a **full-time permanent Accounting Manager** for our Finance & Accounting team.

**What your day to day looks like **(Main Responsibilities - but not limited to):

- Lead the entire Finance & Accounting team composed of the A/R, A/P, inventory costing and other general accounting functions.
- Lead the consolidation process to deliver accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, annual internal and external reporting.
- Lead the annual budget process, manage actual to budget reporting.
- Oversee/ Maintain effective systems and internal control, facilitate continuous improvement processes, and focus on system improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
- Lead the annual audit process and be the main liaison between the external auditors and the company.
- Present financial results, reports, and full analysis with regular updates to CFO.
- Assist CFO on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to us **(Qualification):

- Undergraduate degree and accounting designation or CPA designation
- Minimum 5+ years of work experiences
- Proficient knowledge of cost accounting as well as financial, management, and operational reporting
- Strong organization skills and ability to pivot in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Fluent in Korean is a great asset

**Employment Terms**: Permanent, Full-time (Monday ~ Friday, 8:30 AM ~ 5 PM)

**Wage**: It depends on career. (salary negotiation after probation)

**Probation**: 90 Days
