About the job

Blu Bathworks is looking for an Account Manager to manage and strengthen our exclusive sales network across the North American market, intending to increase sustainable, profitable sales and margins.

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day sales activities of assigned accounts/regions.

Analyze high-priority account performance monthly.

Establish strong relationships with distributors (showroom manager and sales team) and designers/architects to enhance sales volume and customer service.

  • Develop and grow the Blu Bathworks Brand within assigned accounts/regions by building a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.

Awareness of competitors' products, tactics, strategy, pricing, and competitive position in the territory.

  • Develop and execute tactical plans, manage budgets, forecasts, promotional planning, and pricing, and be the key point of contact for all account activity, including internal connections with all teams/departments.

Identify prime opportunities, define target projects, and coordinate the resources necessary to deliver winning solutions.

Product and knowledge support for assigned accounts/regions: provide product presentation/introduction, marketing information, training, and creative merchandising programs.

  • Collaborate with the Product, Operation, and Marketing teams to plan Blu's brand management, product plan around the current product line-up, and key launch activities for new product additions.

Perform other sales duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Diploma/degree from an accredited institution.

Possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or related area.

Previous experience managing a sales team.

Previous experience with B2B and/or channel partnerships.

Position Criteria

Negotiation expertise, ability to cope with V.U.C.A. (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) and overcome challenges.

Superior knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement and employee development in both in-person and virtual scenarios.

Skilled in growing sales and market share through channel partnerships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Analytical aptitude, ability to think critically with proven problem-solving skills.

Customer orientation, ability to understand, communicate and meet customer needs.

A team player who can prioritize work independently with excellent time management skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office and modern tech tools for sales support.

Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and excited about sales and continued growth.

Able to travel short and long distances.
