**Ottawa Foot Care & Orthotic Centre**
We are located in the West end of Ottawa. We are a podiatry foot clinic with licensed Chiropodist offering medical foot care and treatment to help keep people moving on their feet. Our clinic provides foot care treatment including nail care, wound care, soft tissue surgeries, and custom orthotic devices. We are primarily a patient focused clinic, providing high level of standard and care for each patient.
**Duties**:
- Answer phone calls and patient inquiries
- Booking, cancelling, rescheduling patients for the Chiropodist.
- Bill payments and invoicing patients
- Maintain and updating medical records
- Uphold confidentiality of each patient
- Fax, scan, and upload documents
- Maintain front end of the clinic and great each patient in a friendly manner
- Assist in instrument sterilization
- Communicate effectively with Chiropodist and support other staff members
- Uphold clinic standards
- Maintain cleanliness of office.
**Requirements**:
- Completion of high school (having a college diploma for medical receptionist or office administration is an asset)
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Excellent customer service
- Demonstrate patience, caring, and understanding
- Detail oriented, professional, reliable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
