PayTrak Payroll Services Ltd. is looking to add to their team, Payroll Representatives who are customer-focused and have the knowledge and experience with multi-provincial payroll.
If you are looking for an opportunity to utilize your payroll knowledge while taking primary responsibility for a group of clients, then this opportunity is for you
Primary responsibilities include:
- Full cycle payroll processing and related support functions for an assigned portfolio of clients (all frequencies, multi-provincial);
- Complete ownership of all issues, from routine payroll inquiries to provincial legislation
- Processes Year End functions to meet government compliance;
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure payroll requirements;
Qualifications:
- PCP Certification;
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.
