Hours:
Monday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Alternating Saturdays

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Patient Coordination:

- Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Ensure patient information is accurate and up to date in the system.
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow-ups with patients.

2. Treatment Planning:

- Present treatment plans to patients and explain procedures, benefits, and costs.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns about treatments.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure timely and efficient treatment delivery.
- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive treatment plans.

3. Financial Coordination:

- Provide detailed explanations of treatment costs and payment options.
- Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
- Liaise with insurance companies to submit estimates.
- Process payments and set up payment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

4. Communication and Follow-Up:

- Maintain regular communication with patients regarding their treatment progress.
- Follow up with patients’ post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Coordinate with referring specialists and external dental providers.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain and organize patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and office protocols.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the dental office team.
- A/R duties
