The team at Hillsview Dental Care is searching for a detail-oriented, experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

The Patient Coordinator will be primarily responsible for optimizing patient experience through coordinating and facilitating all patient appointments from the time of booking to patient arrival, and finally to patient check-out at the end of appointment.

**What We Are Looking for**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service or Dental Receptionist is preferred
- Availability requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Who can effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make patients feels comfortable at ease
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
