**Position Requirements**:

- 4 years + experience in DENTAL office management with adequate credentials to support experience.
- Strong financial background: budget analysis and management, tracking of all financial transactions.
- Highly proficient in MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Outlook
- Experienced with Dentrix a compelling asset.
- Strong written and communication skills. French a great asset.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatments as treatment coordination management will be part of the job description

**Schedule: Full-Time**
- Mondays - 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Tuesdays - 7:30 am to 8:30 pm
- Wednesdays - 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Thursdays -7:30 am to 8:30 pm
- Fridays - 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Alternating Saturdays
- 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (eventually to be every Saturday)

**Job details and salary**:

- Full time
- Work location: in person with occasional “from home”
- Pay: 33-45$/hour
- In addition to the base salary, the selected individual will be eligible for an annual bonus._
- **Responsibilities**:_

**Patient Relations**:

- Ensure flawless presentation of the premises and team members in line with the practice culture and vision.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients in the waiting area and throughout their visit.
- Ensure Elite customer experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out
- Ensure flawless new patient experience following the established process (greeting, first impression, consult, consents, office policies, etc)
- Handle patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle emergency calls and redirect accordingly

**Staff Management**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve clinic productivity, as well as patient engagement and retention
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Enforce practice vision, core values, culture
- Conduct performance evaluations (KPIs, growth opportunities, training requirements) and provide feedback and coaching to staff members.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise associate dentists, administrative staff, dental assistants, and receptionists.
- Ensure office and training manuals are available and up to date
- Schedule staff shifts, assignments, and vacations to ensure adequate coverage.
- Point of contact for requested time off (sick and vacation)
- Mediate and resolve interpersonal conflicts between staff. Resource for the team to discuss ideas or problems
- Manage temporary replacement/agencies
- Lead morning huddles
- Host team meetings
- Plan team events

**Administrative and Financial Management**:

- Maximizing profitability through efficient operation while still maintaining our office vision and mission statement
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
