**Position Summary**:
The OTG Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience. The Intern will assist the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct
Respond to correspondence and phone inquiries on a daily basis, ensuring timely and professional communication
Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the Department
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attend Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings and provide support as needed
Provide administrative support to include the Human Resources Interface System (Dayforce), Filing, and maintenance of general office supplies.

**Qualifications**:
Enrolled in a University degree or Community College diploma program in Human Resources Management, which requires a co-op placement
Excellent at time management and organizational skills.
Able to constantly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
Knowledge of HRIS (HR Information System) or HCM systems is a plus
Ability to multi-task
Must be self-motivated, take the initiative and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Some local travel may be required, such as hiring events within the Greater Toronto Area
**Hours**: 37.5-hour work week, In-Office with the ability to work in Terminal
