What You Drive at DTNA
- Assist the HR & Administrative Services team with daily administrative activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, Recruiting & Selection, Training & Development, Onboarding, Payroll & Time Reporting, Accounts Payable, Programs and Policy development, and Benefits
- Research, design, and develop creative solutions and/or recommendations to support personal, departmental, and company-wide goals
- Assist the Human Resources team in the creation of program materials, HR Newsletter, employee communications, HR Social intranet and other creative endeavors
- Assist in the coordination with facilities and external vendor representatives.
- Responsible for completing administrative duties as required, such as photocopying, data entry, filing, updating employee and recruitment files, etc.
- Complete ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge You Should Bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD Program in Business, Human Resource Management, Communication or related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Thrive on collaboration within a team as an enthusiastic individual contributor
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous HR work experience in an office setting
- 3.0 GPA or higher strongly preferred
