**On-Site Agent - Dignitary Escort Services (YYZ Airport)**

Location: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Toronto, Ontario Reports to: On-Site Supervisor (YYZ)

The Dignitary Escort Agent is the face of Opsis on the ground. This role is responsible for providing discreet, efficient, and high-quality assistance to dignitaries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant passage through the airport.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Escorting and Assistance**:

- Greet dignitaries and their entourage with professionalism and discretion.
- Guide them through various stages of their airport journey (check-in, security, customs, lounge, boarding gate, baggage claim, etc.).
- Assist with baggage handling, ground transportation coordination, and other logístical needs.
- Provide relevant information about the airport, flights, and available services.
- Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and unforeseen circumstances.

**Customer Service and Discretion**:

- Maintain a courteous, respectful, and discreet attitude at all times.
- Anticipate the needs of dignitaries and act proactively.
- Maintain confidentiality of information related to dignitaries and their travel.

**Compliance and Security**:

- Strictly adhere to all airport and Opsis security procedures.
- Wear required uniforms and insignias in accordance with Opsis standards.
- Ensure RAIC is visible and valid at all times in restricted areas.
- Report any unusual or concerning situations to the supervisor.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in high-level customer service (hospitality, aviation, high-end services) is an asset.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
- Developed sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Dynamic, responsive, and able to manage stress.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess (or be able to obtain) a valid RAIC for YYZ Airport.
- Flexible availability (shift work, evenings, weekends, holidays).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.72-$21.43 per hour
