**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up surveys.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases using systems such as Workday.
- Participate in change management initiatives by collecting data and assisting with project management tasks.
- Conduct research on best practices in human resources management and provide insights to the HR team.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to enhance processes and improve employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with human resources principles and practices is preferred.
- Experience or coursework in recruiting, project management, or change management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
