Quik's Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and an additional 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to provide elevated solutions, opportunities, and communications to our customers. While working specifically on assigned key accounts, you will be part of a dynamic and fun-loving sales team collaborating on program development, communicating with customers, and conducting ongoing research to drive sales in your accounts. You will oversee all administrative duties associated with account management together with your dedicated customer service representative.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned key accounts
- Maintain a high level of service and manage the client relationship effectively
- Build seasonal and annual sales programs for corporate accounts and execute at highest standards
- Maintain key buyer communications, and facilitate suitable interventions and solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify product opportunities and develop sales plans
- Work with Customer Service representatives to ensure top-notch execution in-line with customer expectations
- Assist in conducting in-the-field sales research and identifying new sales opportunities
- Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records
- Generate progress reports for internal and external customers
- Assist with ongoing development of new business as capacity allows

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business associates
- Excellent negotiation, planning, delegation, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license.

**Education**:Completion of a post-secondary business degree or similar education in sales or marketing is required.

**Work Experience**: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or marketing role is required. Relative experience in the horticultural industry will be considered a strong asset.

**Language**: Must be fluent in English language.

This position may require you to work on some Saturdays and Statutory holidays during peak seasons or as needed. There will be no Sunday work.

Benefits and competitive wages are offered based on level of experience and value you can bring to the team.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
