**Account Manager**
A day in the life of an Account Manager presents many opportunities to “wow” our customers -both our industry partners and fellow team members.
You start your day discussing a customer’s product needs, ahead of their busy spring season - they’re in a different time zone, so you quickly prepare a quote and review availability with your team to ensure everyone is on the same page at our morning huddle.
Switching gears, you follow-up on previous opportunities prepare for broker sales representatives serving the central United States.
With a full truck of Lavender being prepared for shipping by the Operations Team, you head out to the warehouse for a final quality check - afterall, you want to feel proud of the product we’re shipping. When you return to the office, you share a laugh with your team over coffee break then head over to the Lavender Room for a meeting with the Growing Team -today’s agenda features a sales opportunity for Lemon Cypress (your favourite crop). You cap off your day by checking in with the administrative team to see what tasks and opportunities are ready for you to connect with customers with, you make a few phone calls to gather some last details to close the deal

**What we need from you**
- A strong work ethic, with a “can do” attitude, founded on a passion to serve others
- A willingness to accept constructive criticism and correction
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication, in both spoken and written formats
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to present sales proposals and effectively promote Qualitree products
- No horticulture industry experience necessary
This position requires that you be dedicated to supporting the Sales Team and Qualitree’s culture of collaboration and servant-leadership. You must be comfortable communicating with customers, building relationships and actively participate in Sales Team interactions both in person, and through other mediums. You ask for help when needed, and assist other team members as required. Maintaining a calm demeanour and leveraging conflict for the good of our customers and team is key to the Account Manager’s role. A positive attitude is paramount; if you embody the Qualitree values, product and industry training will be provided.
**Working Conditions**

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Guide our customers on product, timing, and availability while maintaining healthy, productive relationships.
- Accurately input information according to the Sales Process into the ERP System.
