About the Role

As an Accounting Manager, you'll oversee accounting engagements, lead a team of professionals, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize accounting staff work lists in collaboration with Partners and fellow Accounting Managers
  • Review client files and provide technical and strategic feedback
  • Prepare and review tax plans on accounting engagements
  • Complete manager reviews for files prepared by junior staff
  • Train, mentor, and support new team members
  • Understand clients' businesses and financials, providing proactive advice to help them grow
