Finance and Accounting Manager

West Coast Robotics is the leading provider of robotics technology for the dairy industry throughout British Columbia. We are the gold standard when it comes to dairy automation. We are currently seeking a talented **Senior Accounting Manager - Controller** to join our head office team in the Fraser Valley.
**The Position**
This is a hands-on role that requires the oversight of accounting and finance functions for two companies. This includes creating financial reports, engaging in cash-flow analysis, and overseeing day-to-day accounting functions as well as leading and developing two accounting clerks.
**What You Need**
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- At least 5 years' experience as a senior accounting manager and/or controller in a service-based industry or comparable company setting
- Familiarity with MS Power BI and MS Dynamics GP is a strong asset
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- You love analyzing data and are a wizard at financial reporting
- Strong background in cash flow analysis
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and complete projects on time
- Keen ability to connect with others and develop teams
- Some familiarity with the dairy industry is an asset
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline combined with an accounting designation are assets
- High level of tact and trustworthiness
