The Key Account Manager will assist upper management by supporting them with their day-to-day efforts in the management of a Key Account. The Junior Sales Account Manager serves to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing ongoing account support to an existing customer assigned by the Senior Account Manager
- Account Administration
- Replenishment
- Daily Replenishment
- Forecasting
- Liaison between Merchandising Team and Rainbow Office
- Customer Liaison (Store Level)

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (excel, power point and word (data entry consists of 70-80%)
- Applied Business Technology Certificate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**About Rainbow Greenhouses**
We are a large, expanding greenhouse grower of indoor floral and outdoor gardening plant material to major retailers and wholesalers across Western Canada and Northwestern US. Established in 1985, we were once a small, family-run greenhouse business. Rainbow now operates 4 facilities in two provinces and is one of the largest Greenhouse operations in all of Canada employing over 600 people. We remain a family-owned company led by long-established values. Our staffing requirements now span a wide range of administrative, sales, and management roles from production line work and order assembly to greenhouse growers, facilities maintenance specialists, and truck mechanics, to logistics roles.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
