**Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, In-Office)**

Neural Rehabilitation Group provides quality support services to people who have been seriously injured. Our clients are recovering from trauma and living with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, serious orthopedic injuries, and amputations. **Key Responsibilities**

**Client & Community Communication**
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Speaking with clients, caregivers, and community partners with professionalism and compassion
- Setting up and scheduling interviews and client meetings

**Administrative & HR Support**
- Assisting the administrative team with daily tasks and special projects
- Creating, managing, and processing business correspondence and documentation

**Financial & Office Support**
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Helping to monitor cash flow and payment accuracy
- Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring compliance with company policies

**Confidentiality & Professionalism**
- Handling sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion
- Ensuring all communication reflects our brand’s reputation for professionalism and quality

**Growth & Adaptability**
- Taking initiative to learn new tasks as the role evolves

**Requirements**:

- College education in administration preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivered with professionalism, tact, and compassion

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
