**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
- Complete 10 quote and estimates per week
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on performance against targets.
- Lead marketing to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand.

**Experience**
- 10 years experience in the home renovation market.
- 5 years estimating and client relations
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00-$94,809.00 per year
