We are seeking a **strategic, experienced, and people-driven General Manager** to lead and develop our growing sales team. This role is key to driving revenue, expanding market presence, and maintaining our high standards of client service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and mentor**a team of motivated insurance producers
- Drive **revenue** through **personal sales and team development**:

- Identify and **pursue new business opportunities**through networking and community engagement
- **Set and achieve**performance goals, both individually and **for the team**:

- Provide consistent **coaching, performance feedback, and development plans**:

- **Analyze and report**sales metrics to senior leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years** in sales, business development, or brokerage management
- Proven ability to **lead, coach, and motivate sales teams**:

- A strategic mindset with **a hands-on, results-oriented approach**:

- Strong **interpersonal and networking skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
