General Sales Manager

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, outside sales, leadership, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and technology sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive results.
