**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Edmonton region, including multi-family residential and commercial construction projects.
- **Sales Leadership**: Build and manage a local sales pipeline, develop proposals, and close deals. Collaborate with the Calgary-based sales team to align strategies and share resources.
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee project execution from sales handoff through completion. Ensure adherence to Fort Sands’ quality, safety, and client service standards.
- **Team Building**: Recruit, train, and manage a local team including project managers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including property managers, condominium boards, and commercial developers. Provide regular updates and resolve issues proactively.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience in construction management, sales, or general operations, preferably in Alberta.
- Proven track record of business development and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, including siding, roofing, windows, and parkade work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Buildertrend, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

**Preferred Assets**
- Experience launching or managing a branch office or business unit.
- Knowledge of the Edmonton construction market and local subcontractor network.
- Post-secondary education in construction management, business, or a related field.

Pay: $75,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
