Ideal Integration Inc. is entering an exciting new phase of growth under new management and as part of a larger group of companies with a proven track record of building high-performing teams across North America. As we expand beyond residential Smart Home and AV into the fast-growing **Corporate Security** and **Solar** markets across Alberta, we are looking for a **dynamic and versatile Sales & General Manager** to help lead the charge.

**What You’ll Do**:
This is a **multi-functional leadership role** that blends sales, operations, and strategic support. You’ll take ownership of key areas of the business, including:

- Leading sales and business development efforts in Smart Home, AV, Solar, and Security sectors.
- Building and managing client relationships—residential and commercial, including builders, designers, and corporate clients.
- Developing proposals, drawings, and presentations for custom smart systems and security solutions.
- Overseeing daily administration, procurement, inventory management, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Responding to and preparing RFPs; drafting, negotiating, and managing consulting and subcontracting agreements.
- Supporting marketing, social media, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Contributing to the development of internal systems and processes that will help scale the business.
- Taking on responsibilities wherever needed to help drive company growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years’ experience** in a similar role, ideally within the **Smart Home, AV, Security, or Solar** industries.
- Proven sales and business development track record.
- Strong understanding of Control4, networking, AV systems, lighting control, and security technology.
- Prior experience in **procurement, subcontractor management, and RFP preparation** is a major asset.
- Experience managing or supporting general business operations and administration.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thinking outside the box in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Familiarity with Kantech, DSC Neo, or other access/security platforms.
- Experience with CAD, D-Tools, or other system design tools.
- Knowledge of low-voltage installations or construction site coordination.
- Skills in digital marketing or managing company social media presence.

Pay: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
