We work with a wide lender network and a high lead volume — and we’re building a repeatable, scalable sales operation. We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager who knows how to lead a team in a high‑speed environment, improve conversion, tighten follow‑up discipline, and drive funded deals — without sacrificing compliance or customer experience. What You’ll Do As Sales Manager, you’ll own the day‑to‑day performance of the sales team and the pipeline. This role is equal parts leadership, coaching, accountability, and process improvement. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales/finance reps to hit weekly and monthly targets Build a performance culture through structured coaching, call reviews, and KPI scorecards Run daily huddles, weekly pipeline reviews, and 1:1s with reps Create consistent scripting for inbound/outbound calls, objection handling, and follow‑ups Pipeline Management & Operational Excellence Improve speed‑to‑lead, contact rates, appointment set rates, and funded deal conversion Identify bottlenecks (docs, underwriting, lender stipulations, customer follow‑through) and fix them Partner with operations/admin to create smooth handoffs and reduce deal fallout Training, Hiring & Scaling Hire and onboard new reps with structured training and a 30/60/90‑day ramp plan Build scalable playbooks for lead handling, qualification, deal packaging, and lender matching Help develop compensation structures that reward performance and accountability Reporting & Forecasting Forecast fundings and pipeline weekly with accuracy Track and report on core KPIs such as contact rate, approval rate, funded rate, cycle time, and gross per deal What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Cleaner pipeline with fewer stale deals and fewer missed follow‑ups Improved response times and contact rates Higher funded deal conversion from the same lead volume Stronger team consistency through coaching and accountability CRM data that is actually reliable for forecasting and performance management Required Experience 3+ years in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role in automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or dealership finance Proven ability to coach reps and improve conversion metrics (not just “manage”) Strong pipeline management discipline and experience with CRMs Confident handling escalations, deal troubleshooting, and objection management Strong communication, leadership, and high accountability standards Preferred (Huge Assets) Experience with subprime / near‑prime financing environments Familiarity with lender stipulations, deal packaging, and approval processes Experience with remote/hybrid teams and high inbound lead volume Comfort with performance dashboards, call analytics, and sales KPIs Competitive base salary + performance bonuses tied to clear KPIs Growth opportunity: build and lead a scaling team across multiple provinces Flexible environment with a results‑driven culture Opportunity to make a major impact quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr
