We are looking for new talent to join our collaborative, dedicated and supportive team of professionals and deliver high-quality projects regardless of the project size.
If you’re ambitious and looking to grow your HR career, you’ll be joining a team of like-minded HR professionals that are collaborative, supportive, and always striving for continuous improvement. As a member of our Human Resources team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Onboarding coordination with the Manager and new employee to create a welcoming experience for new hires;
- Onboarding coordination with IT Manager, troubleshooting basic IT issues while working closely with IT to ensure a smooth on-boarding process without technical difficulties;
- Recruitment support including resume and phone screening;
- Responding to employee inquiries based on our company values;
- Coordinating benefits including enrolment and benefits maintenance;
- Managing HR data through our HRIS Ceridian Dayforce to ensure all data is kept clean and up to date;
- Facilitating the transfer of important payroll information to the payroll team;
- Responding to employee inquiries based on our company values;
- Administrative tasks such as creating employee letters and electronic file maintenance; and
- Back-up reception coverage as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 - 3 years of relevant HR experience;
- Bilingual French and English, including excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Diploma or Degree specializing in Human Resources is an asset;
- Professional HR designation in progress is considered is an asset;
- Ability to gain secret security clearance;
- Familiarity working with HRIS (Dayforce experience is an asset);
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude along with the ability to build relationships;
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail; and
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
