YOUR ROLE:

- You will be responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the restaurant, along with the General Manager
- You will assist with the management of the daily operations of a fast-casual restaurant.
- You will provide the highest level of BFF Guest Experience at all times.
- You will conduct orientation, train and coach all team members.
- You will assist with managing staffing and scheduling of the team.
- You will uphold expectations surrounding food quality, food safety and guest experience.
- You will ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
- You will be responsible for inventory control and weekly inventory counts.
- You will be responsible for multiple food and supply orders each week.
- You will help solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency and productivity.
- You will assist in reviewing operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- You will lead from the front, leading by example and setting the example for your direct reports.
- We need you to have 3-5 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced environment

- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)
