**DOPAMINA RESTAURANT**

Dopamina Restaurant is an upcoming restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto with a goal to provide its guests with upscale experience through its food, service, and ambience. Dopamina will be a Mediterranean Eurasian restaurant serving innovative tapas dishes. We are looking for goals oriented and highly driven and skilled staff to join our team.

Summary

This role is great for a goal driven, dynamic, and passionate hospitality professional to join our team and collaborate on implementing and creating our service procedures on policies. Before opening, we are looking for someone to create our policies and procedures, build the wine and bar menu, as well as train the FOH staff. After opening, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as work hand-in-hand with the BOH management and team to help execute the vision of the restaurant..

Key Responsibilities
- Creating restaurant and service policies and procedures.
- Work the team on building the wine and bar menu.
- Must have passion towards upscale hospitality service.
- Recruit, develop, train, and communicate with a new team building as well as any additions to the team with a focus on growth on development.
- Consistently display exceptional leadership by providing a positive and engaging work environment, coaching team members as appropriate and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to managing a team.
- Strong financial understanding including labor costs and controls, and productivity controls.
- Purchase, manage, and oversee all FOH and bar inventory and ordering.
- Develop training programs as well as procedures for our FOH team.
- Work in collaboration with the BOH management and staff to ensure the restaurant's vision is being achieved to provide an unprecedent experience to our guests.
- Ensure a high-level of service is always delivered to our guests to provide them with the best experience.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years previous experience in FOH service, especially in an upscale environment.
- 2+ years previous managerial FOH role, especially in an upscale environment.
- Strong wine knowledge as well as bar knowledge.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, team, communication, and coaching skills.
- Food Handlers and Smart Serve
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Serving: 3 years (preferred)
