**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced shift manager to join our team at Chiang Mai Liberty Village. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation at our Liberty Village location. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you.

**Expectations**
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and take out flow including third party platforms
- Help staff during the service where it is needed including; bar, serving, hosting, packing, and bussing
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Support their team and ready to develop the team’s skills, performance and goals
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Check and monitor server/bar/host cashouts and side duties
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner and help customer resolve any issues
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance
- Reliable and motivated with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality, and customer service

**Requirements/Skills**
- Smart serve certification
- Food Handler Certificate
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry for at least 2 years
- Basic bartender knowledge
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Snappy POS systems is a plus
